Thank you for shopping with ATJ Aromas. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because many of our items are personalized or designed for personal hygiene, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalised Items: Any products that have been custom-made or personalised (such as our Birthday PJs) are non-returnable as they cannot be resold.

Cosmetic & Body Products: For hygiene reasons, any products used for your body—including Whipped Soaps, Bath Bombs, Bath Rocks, and Soap Bars—are strictly non-returnable once they have left our care.

Sale & "Whoopsie" Items: All items purchased from our Sale or "Whoopsie" sections are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
✅ Damaged or Faulty Items
We pack every order with the utmost care right from our home. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, we want to make it right!

Contact Us: Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error.

Resolution: Once we have reviewed the photos, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund where applicable.
📦 Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once a personalised item has entered production or a bath/body product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
